even though its deodorized it will still stink, the smell should go away in about 3 or 4 weeks, but keep the cats away in the meantime. you should have to thin the balck stuff out , just need to work it a bit with the brush. dont worry about it dripping out, sounds like u might have put a bit too much on, just spread it out reall thin with the brush, then give it another coat in a few days or so.
one thing to, my my brother had a fire in his shead, because of cleaning up fish oil with rags. a garbage bag burst into flames , . it took ages to find out how it happened, but i happened to look on the 4ltr fish oil container and it said to soak all rags in water to avoid spontaneous combustion...... no joke, i think it was KnHbrand? mark k ----- Original Message ----- From: "Paul Stanley" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "OZDAT Mailing list" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Saturday, June 22, 2002 6:41 PM Subject: Rust in hard to get places > I am fixing up a Datto and it has a bit of rust in the doors which I cut out > and griinded and sanded and fibreglassed up and metal bogged and bogged etc > etc. On the inside of the doors I used Sellys Rust Fix which makes a shiney > black coating.
