I am fixing up a Datto and it has a bit of rust in the doors which I cut out
and griinded and sanded and fibreglassed up and metal bogged and bogged etc
etc. On the inside of the doors I used Sellys Rust Fix which makes a shiney
black coating. Then I put fish oil on top of it on one side of the car
inside the doors. It really stinks even though it was a "Deodorised" brand.
What sort of coating is recommended inside the doors and infront of the
windscreen where the leaves get in? I have some "body deadener" which is
thick black stuff, and I thinned some down and uused it under the front
guards... is that recommended for these areeas? Or would "Penetrol" be
better? I am doubting the effectiveness of the fish oil I used since it has
been a week since I put it in and it's still dripping out.
