Ben. Good point mate. I knew there was another reason I hated (with avengance) mechanical style oil pressure guages. I had a oil line split and ruin brand new (one day old) light blue carpets. These were custom made to the colour I wanted, pitty it was the very last of that carpet they had left. I had to have brand new front and rears made up in black in the end. So it was a expensive thing to have done. One thing it did do was add a nice rust-proofing treatment to the floor. But what a mess, and yes it ruined my 2 month old pair of Levi 501's and causee i didn't have any tools on me at the time I had to have the car towed to work, as I was on the way there as it happened. Later. Rick White.
