Mark, I know the problem on the FJ. You need to remove the weird stock adapter on the DR30 FJ and use a L adapter to use both senders. Also, from memory you need to use the Navara oil filter (Z170) as it clears the lot by a whisker. Not really a problem for you as your FJ has a very reliable oil system and I've never seen one with oil pressure problems. An idiot light really only tell you have a problem, I'd run a gauge in preference any day.
