More likely a 190D in a W110 body.

JP-4 would definitely reduce the life on the IP, and it probably ran MUCH better on #2 -- JP-4 is pretty crappy fuel, being mostly what used to be called "wide cut gasoline" -- everything that distilled off above C20 or so. Nasty fuel, it's as flammable and explosive as gasoline with the handling characteristics of diesel. The only advantage to if was it was cheaper than Jet A since it required less distillation. Known to have been the direct cause of at least two very serious aircraft accidents (a Boeing 707 in Maryland brought down by a wing explosion due to lightening strike that caused a spark in the wing tanks and a hanger explosion that destroyed two DC-8s in Holland).

Thankfully, JP-4 is long gone.
