There should be no benefit for ANY marriage or domestic partnership.  The 
government doesn't need to be in the business of subsidizing familys with or 
without reproductive capacity.  Subsidize the children directly.

In my opinion you should be entitled to the same treatment as a married couple. 
It is Religious Nonsense that the STATE has incorporated into law that decides 
who may claim that status, and our laws are not supposed to be made or 
continued based on religious grounds. A secondary Federal status that you WOULD 
qualify for is Head of Household.
