The only wiring diagram I have left here is for a '93 and it does power the
coils & igniter via the engine fuse. Where do the '94 coils get their
power?

But the fuse that blew only feeds the main relay, fan relay, and
diagnostic module.
Flaky coil pack would explain why twitchy tach seems to mellow out
once the car warms up.
I should have an extra coil pack somewhere if I didn't give it to
someone who needed one.
