Yes sir, I think you are dreaming, and I'm jealous :-) I do not doubt the authenticity of dreaming purposefully, but for me I figure I had a good one if it mucks up my sheets.
I think when you say, "we are already part of the collective mentality", it is very much similar to a dream. It's like a day dream of the possibility. Where others try to look at the possibility through all of the crap that is existent and can't see it, we 'dream' of the possibility and look back to see how we can overcome the crap. I'm still hung up on the 'teaching the idea' as the way to make it happen. To my understanding that is what won't work. Even as simple as it is, it still requires communicating an idealism across the barriers of Language and Culture. The 'collective' consciousness/intelligence, super mind or whatever is ones chosen definition of the experience, is a power or energy. We have to find some way to construct a universal recognition of that energy and bring it from the elusive subconscious to the conscious mind. Everybody could be exposed to the 'universal' with their own definition/understanding (language/culture) and when critical mass is achieved the power/energy will transform the individual 'errors' of judgment which cause all the shit.
