You should view some of the posts that address the "Military Industrial Complex". This lays out the framework of many governments who are merely puppets of the ruling class, the wealthy industrialists who care not about life as much as they care about money, the money that supports their lifestyle. In the eyes of Military Minded people, all life is expendable for the sake of a cause. The problem with that is "for what cause are they expendable". I've pointed out in many posts the ridiculousness of the Bush invasion, which killed thousands of innocent people in an attempt to capture Saddam, who killed thousands of innocent people. Where is the logic in that? There is no logic in the invasion except the logic in the minds of those who saw it as an opportunity to create a war in order to keep feeding the "Industrial War Machine". Billions were made on that war and billions of people are paying the price for it. Everyone knows that Dick Chaney was former head of the Halliburton corporation and that the Halliburton corporation received "exclusive" contracts concerning Iraq. The point here, Tina, is that you are correct in pointing out the responsibility of "All Leaders" to put forth an ideal towards the collective mentality. Our leaders unfortunately are puppets, sad but true. I don't think for one minute that Obama is going to be any different, which is already apparent by his taking money from the people to give to the "Private" business enterprises so that they can continue with their "Usury" practices that create wealth for the few. I can only imagine the conversation between two corporate executives.
