Don, notwithstanding the fact that the government is not moving in and taking over, we came damned close to a big abyss just a few months ago that could have plunged the whole world into bankruptcy and chaos. I'd say that's sufficient disaster to bring on Federal aid if it is necessary ... and given that our entire economic system came close to crashing I'd say it was necessary.
