When I am talking about vice it is about religious people and what they consider to be vice , e.g. A christian would indulge in extra-marital sex and then ask God's forgiveness for it. What I mean is that religious people are breaking the rules of their own religion all the time and later asking their God by means of prayer or otherwise to forgive them.
