Dear participants of this discussion. I have to admit that much of the
things you discuss in this discussion are over my head. What I think I got
from the discussion so far is that as far as "knowledge" is concerned, or a
lack of it, or a distortion of it shows more negative aspects than positive
ones. The other thing I got from the discussion is that politics has turned
out more bad than good - thanks to greed. What about religion? Why is our
concept of god so negative? Why have we pictured our gods as cruel and
jealous and perverse? What about nature? Why does it seem perverse in the
fact that the more we want something, the more it evades us? Why does time
seem to slow down when we would rather it went by quickly? Why does time
speed up when we want to relish a moment and wish time to slow down?. Why
do many children show signs of cruelty to animals? Why is our history
filled with unbelievable violence, especially to our fellow humans? Why
does power corrupt? and greed prevail? Why is it that so many harmfull
habits are addictive? Why is man so perverse?
