Sorry - it was a looong day: What _exactly_ do I have to look at? That line

was right from the sudoers-file.

So effectively you suggest running with root-privileges? OK, let's go:

~ $ sudo su -
# export http_proxy=http://192.168.178.23:3128

# export ftp_proxy=http://192.168.178.23:3128
# pkg_add -ui
