I don't have any flashing lights, so, for now, I'm going to say that it's
probably not the ignition switch.  But thanks for the idea.  It may lead to
something eventually.

So, how is the best way to look for "a loose contact somewhere"?  Do I just 
start
wiggling connects w/the car running?  Is there any particular sequence or
specific connections I should look at?  Anyone can feel free to comment on these
last question :-)

Thanks a lot guys.  I'm getting a lot of ideas.  Haven't hit the nail on the 
head
yet, but we r getting closer!!
