BS.  silicone can damage your o2 sensor, but not oil.. especially not the
lightweight oil that's on your K&N.  First, if you have that much oil coming
off your K&N, you put on too much.  Second, if there's more oil coming off
your K&N than from the rest of your 100k-mile plus motor, then you don't
drive your 16v hard enough! :D  You've gotta be burning more motor oil than
that.  So to sum up- don't worry about it.
