Yup, I consider 'within 2 weeks' receipt to be acceptable performance for any
internet-based purchase that requires careful packaging and 'handling'. I
purchase quite a bit of diverse stuff online and my expectations vary
considerably. If it's something you can just toss in a box and drop in the
mail, then yes, I expect to get it in a few days. If it's something like a
Notorious onesheet (for example), then I really don't want someone to pop it in
a flimsy tube and ship it, forgetting the endcaps (yes, it's happened). I don't
expect a seller to be at my beck and call, but I do expect them to get around
to it within a week. So yes, 2 weeks, and if I haven't received the poster (or
prop, which may also be susceptible to damage en route) by then, I'll probably
drop the seller a line.

Depending on what you sell, your patrons could be correct to expect their
shipments from you within a week. On the other hand, you could be attracting a
bunch of obsessive compulsive nerds who need to chill out.

Randall,

Excuse me for chuckling...;} but if you consider within 3 weeks (even 2 weeks)
Good Service, then I take my hat off to you , as you are one Very patient dude!
...;} I wish I had some of that....... (but the again, if I followed that lead
I would lose about 50% of my regular clients).
