Henry, Because there are assholes out there, paying for signature on delivery, which I believe is only 35 cents more can go a long way in avoiding these slugs if this was a domestic shipment. Priority Mail doesn't get you a signature even though it is more than first class. You only get a signature with express mail.
Sorry you hooked a jerk.
