Good to hear the comments. I don't want to change from USPS, mainly the
cost and the ease, etc. We don't have a local drop off for either and pick
up is a nightmare. I don't know what happened, I didn't have any
complaints until Christmas rush, then it got better, now worse again. At
first there was basically no difference between sending priority or ground
advantage (delivery time), I don't really want to go any other route. As
mentioned, using the other services and having to put the tube in another
box for a cheap poster seems cost prohibitive. The Yazoo increase is bad
enough, but adding to it I just can't justify. As for the tracer on a
package, 3 months ago they would really get on top of the matter, when I
called in a few days ago, they told me to just file a claim. Also after
going through the long process on line, when I hit the final button it
would come up with an error on their end and to come back later. Maybe
there will be a change in the near future, but not counting on it.
