Metaphysics deals with order, the inner. The usual octave in sound waves Do, Re, Mi__Fa, Sol, La, Ti__Do with variations in intervals, harmonies, doubling vibrations of sound has outer manifestations as well as inner order. What about the spectrum of light? Are there frequencies, harmony and patterns in light waves? What about ground waves in an earthquake? The question for me: is inner experience which seems infinitely variable also law-conformable? The Octave seems infinitely variable given different mediums. What is the medium of a metaphysics of quality? I do not create myself. I relate to the symbol of the octave more readily than nothing and I love to sing! The awareness of DQ motion is found in a transient medium. Experience, theory, self-awareness, difficulty, levels, etc.. What a teacher! Joe
