Nick: Cause I said so. But since you don't know what stealing is in the first place I can understand your vacuousness in reason on this issue. > > [Nick] > Because it was somebody's elses first. They are present and claims > the land. They can prove they use the land. Their is sign of > their presence everywhere. > > [Arlo] > So ownership is matter of squatting? If I move onto "your" land. > Set up a camp. Plant a garden. Dig a well. That makes the land MINE? Nick: No Arlo. I am here. I have my land and presence to prove it. It's very basic really. But if you come onto my land, since I'm here to show you its my land then you are stealing. But since you're vacuous on reasoning out what stealing is in the first place it's easy to see why you conclude this. > [Nick] > Come to my house and land now. Show me that nobody else lived here > before I did. > > [Arlo] > Sure they did. But they were killed and the land stolen. How > convenient that you advocate "peace" now that you are in possession > of stolen land. Nick: Come here and prove to me somebody lived here and had this land I live on now stolen from them. Do an appropiate investigation. Use the latest in science. Show the facts. > [Nick] > So come to my house dig in the dirt and show me who's ancestors are > present today that have first rights to this land. I invite you. > > [Arlo] > The Lenape Tribe. Now that you know, I'll assume you are going to > give the land back. Nick: Prove to me they lived right here in this very spot I live now. Show me the facts. But you can only do that my digging here. There are no written records on a house or village ever here in the first place. (By the way, the Lenape lived in Eastern PA and the Delaware region and were pushed west by settlers. They moved into some of the locations around here because no other tribes lived here at that time. But they lived in sparse locations and only a few villages are known. FYI ) > [Nick] > Read up on what natural rights before you try to make an argument > against something you are very ignorant about. > > [Arlo] > There are NO "natural rights". I don't need to read up on it > anymore than I need to read up on dragons or pixie fairies. C'mon, > Nick. If you tried to answer my question, you really could learn > something. Why do you cling to intellectual dishonesty? Nick: Read up on natural rights before you argument against something you have no idea about. It's a reasonable assertion that you are pulling a strawman. With you're kind of reasoning you deny physics cause you never watched the electrons collide in the accelarator. I know I'm talking to a vacuous intellect when I see one. This isn't a real debate when you don't even know what you are debating against. Read up and learn and get back to me later. Nick -- Be Yourself @ mail.com!
