Interesting terminology, Bo, "infested". Like a virus or a germ or perhaps
a little leavening which puffs up the whole loaf?

I joined up under the idealism flag, so I'll take some heat on this, but it
would help if I understood what you see as the problems with idealism. Is
not "Good is a noun" an ideal?

Patterns in relationship, logical order creates reality, is the physical
analogue. I'd definitely side with the author on this one.

Midgets! Now there's a high quality intellectual argument. Postulate THIS
(John grabbing his crotch) would be a worthy reply in kind.

Which I won't make because I'm too high quality for such a stoop. But for
intellectual clarity on where you differ, would you associate the phrase
"ideas first" as the main feature of idealism? Cuz if that's what's being
run up the flag pole, I'd definitely salute.

ZenTechKoan: What came first? The hardware or the programming?

Answer: It's ALL programming.

There are differing interpretations of Reality, some are just better than
others, that's all.
