Hello Gav,

I don't see Chaos as Dynamic Quality in that  I cannot see something that "is" 
and something that "is not" as being the same thing... I can see Dynamic 
Quality in a state of chaos as "Mu" or perhaps Dynamic Quality as energy 
itself.  That said,  my attempt here is not to define Dynamic Quality or chaos, 
but other characteristic of quality in these different states.

It appears to me that "Dynamic Quality of declination" has different 
characteristic than "Dynamic Quality of Improvement". Else, if there is no 
declination then there is no deterioration and there is only consumption.
