Well, oops.  A while back I was having a discussion with dmb on this
very subject.  As I recall, my position was that to treat Quality as
some separate entity was akin to "theism".  But, I don't want to open
up that can of worms again, and end up mud wrestling.  This goes back
to worshipping false idols.  The Quality outside is the same as the
Quality inside, it just appears differently.

Do we worship Quality?  Well, that can be a semantic battle for
another time, but I often pay good money to see High Quality.  I
suppose that is a sacrifice of some kind.  God knows how many mice we
sacrifice (yes, that is what we call it in drug development) in the
business I am in, and I do get paid for my biochemical part in this.
So, I am sacrificing animals, by association, so that I can live a
Quality life.  Perhaps it is making a sacrifice to the god's to keep
away disease or delay death.  Sounds kind of Aztecan to me.  The stock
market loves our sacrificial efforts.  I suppose I go to the McD
abbatoir outlet every now and again as a ritual... Now that's Quality!
