Marsha to dmb:

Here is another point RMP has presented:

"While sustaining biological and social patterns
Kill all intellectual patterns.
Kill them completely
And then follow Dynamic Quality
And morality will be served."
    (LILA, Chapter 32)

Andre:
And this is the one Marsha uses to strengthen her case against the intellectual
level (she is still convinced, as Bodvar is, that the intellectual level IS
SOM). She therefore continually presents this stanza in her misgided notion
that Pirsig supports the idea that all is emptiness...the 'ultimate' existence.
I.e. the conventional reality of sq, the world of everyday living is 'empty'
and therefore not worth bothering about, especially on an
intellectual/metaphysical level.

This also shows that Marsha doesn't have a clue about the meaning of
'emptyness'. But this is beside the point. I have never received an answer to
my question as to why Marsha thinks Gautama Buddha decided to get up from under
the Bodhi tree. It's a simple enough question no?

Marsha still does not understand properly that MoQ stands for Metaphysics of
Quality and NOT Meditation on Quality!!!!!

Buddha almighty, what will she pull out of her bucket now? I hope she follows
mine and dmb's advice: go away, take a long holiday, immerse yourself in a
hobby, drown yourself in painting or selling lottery tickets I don't care
but...leave...please.
