[Ron]
"the rate of time varies with motion and is not constant throughout the
universe." interesting point.
Time is effected by gravitational mass. By that, the theory of
relativity doesent work. Unless, it applies
Only to independent bodies of mass and is not something which is
synchronized universally, therefore
Time will work as you explained but on an independent basis. Time does
not exist where mass and
energy are not. We need to have a better grasp on the fabric of space to
get any real answers on
This one. But it does kinda shoot a hole in the big bang idea of the
progression of a uniform time line.

[Case]
I thought that time and mass both change as they approach the speed of
light. But that stuff gets all mixed up when you move away from Earth
Standard.

I was thinking more of a point of time that transcends space. It is NOW,
everywhere at once. This would be the point where all probabilities collapse
to 100%.

If you have "forever" and "everything", then anything that can happen, will
happen.

The instant I have in mind is when everything that can happen; does happen.
