     Yes.  This also goes along with what I partly
mentioned in the [MD] Soft Duality post.  Dynamic
Quality is direct experience and primary reality,
thus, dq is empirical.  Now try to define this direct
experience.  Static quality is more difficult maybe,
or maybe instead of difficult, how about - open.  The
levels can't be rigidly made distinct, yet.  And this
'yet' is an unending, thus, open 'yet'.  And I've just
went around in a circle for dq is a question, an open
unending question, as in 'What is Quality?'.  Answers
will be static, but the question remains dynamic.
