Ours is organized by book level with Fiction then Non Fiction in each level. Then we have a wall of Big Books in tubs by level; And we have another wall that has some specific Social Studies readers by level and then Science readers by level. There is also a shelf with Readers Theater Scripts; and another shelf that has choice read alouds that go with Lucy Calkins UOS; and there are also some other Read Alouds that go with the Fountas Pinnell Phonics.
