In reference to banking dicussion. I attempted to go Mozilla to go to
AdvisorExpress (Fidelity Advisor Secure Website) It would allow me to
get to main Page but would not allow me to login on secure page.
Also noted unlike in Communicator and IE the page show the padlock on
the page open indicating it was an unsecure connection.
I'm not afraid to use Mozilla but if Banking and Financial Instutions
accept security certificates from Mozilla, I'll need to use Mozzilla/IE.
IE was fater rendering the page though. (even though it was a secure connection.)
As for upgrading to OS 9, OS X.
Already use OS 9.1
Yes I am "Afraid" of OS-X. Unlike 9 and Lower even if a individual likes
to poke around on my computer and do some pings. That all they can do.
They can't mess with anything on my Computer unless I turn on File
sharing. OS-X is pure UNIX with Aqua interface (works similar to
X-Windows) on top. Unix has many back Doors and open Holes that can let
anyone in easily whether you want to or not. So yes i am leary of X
Until Apple can Make as secure or more so than 9 then I want no part.
they say there is a Unix program called Brickhouse that can plug up all
the holes. But I believe I'll wait a while anyway.
