All of these should be in the preferences box (the items I've selected
are *my* choices, not my suggested defaults (I would suggest the
vertical bar be the default).

And it should be possible to have both format=flowed and ">"-quoting at
the same time! (Nothing ever came of the :every-line:before { content:
'> ' } discussion, so it looks like gecko will never be able to do this
properly :( )
