I think he may be referring to the a mail compose bug where copied text in a reply doesn't wrap correctly. I'm not sure EXACTLY what the problem is, but I see it alot. If you reply within copied text, and the copied text extends beyond your default word-wrap, the text that extends beyond the word-wrap point doesn't move when the other text moves. It just kinda hangs out there in limbo, looking quite out of place. Resizing the mail window restores the text properly.
