Even more clarity required:
I thought that it was legal to carry a NON-CONCEALED almost anywhere in
Minnesota. (Except when private rules, government building rules, school
rules etc. prohibit guns). But since I don't see this very often maybe it
has to be in a case or something.
Anybody know the Mpls/St.Paul/Other local municipality rules on this?
Not that I think that this is a good idea or anything to be wondering
around with a six-shooter strapped to your hip. Police tend not to like
that sort of thing.
