I agree with Kim Goodman's concerns--especially this one:  

-This sounds like a proposal to take money from affordable housing and
neighborhood programs and "redistribute" it into CNIA/Board administrative
pockets.  I think the media needs to be alerted, encouraged to come cover it
as Central is against accomplishing "affordable housing" in favor of
"administration" of affordable housing.

When I see something about reallocating into the general fund, it makes me
wonder why?  Why are funds that were marked for a specific purpose being
put into operational costs--and why isn't the neighborhood organization
managing to keep within their budgeted operational costs....  Did they go
over budget this year?

I share this concern, and it bothers me to hear that when people call the
number on the flyer they get a "this voice mailbox is full" response.

What would be nice to know is when the business part of the meeting will be
held?  It seems that 12-5 PM seems like a large window of time to discuss
one business item.
