No, Karen is making inuendos out of the mass hysteria Jana and friends created
around this Basim Sabri.  If you want the answers, call Sabri and ask him.  I'm
saying that rumors should be checked out BEFORE you put them on the web.

You could call during business hours when there are people there answering the
phone.  You could call Zack Metoyer at home or you could call any member of the
board.  What you'll find out is that the board wants to move $120,000 of
uncommitted money from the first round of the NRP.  I think Miller wants to have
all the first round moneyh committed before neighborhoods begin the second round
