I can't think of a worse investment this coming biennium than a stadium for the Twins. We have a worsening state budget shortfall, a governor who will be elected with no more than 40% of the vote, and therefore no mandate, and people want a publicly funded stadium? And where does the figure that a majority of residents want a new stadium come from?
