There are many freeze ahead recipes in today's newsletter.
Chicken and Dressing Casserole
5 chicken breast cooked and chopped
1 8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 package Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
1 stick margarine
Bake 325 for 45 minutes. Place chicken in 9 by 13 baking dish mix
sour cream and soup pore over chicken. Mix stuffing and margarine and
spread over soup mixture.
We have put water chestnuts and, or mushrooms in the soup mixture for
a change. Also you can freeze this in 2 or 3 smaller dishes.
