APPLE DUMPLINGS
5 apples
10 canned biscuits
1-1/2 c. sugar
1-1/2 c. water
1-1/2 sticks butter
Dash of cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Peel, quarter and remove core of apples. Roll out biscuits and cut in
half. Roll around apple quarters. Place in sheet pan. Sprinkle with
cinnamon, set aside. Mix sugar and water and bring to boil. Add
vanilla and pour over apples. Melt butter, pour over apples and bake
at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
