Quick-One Bowl Pineapple Cake Into a large mixing bowl, mix: 2 cups of sugar 2 cups of flour 2 eggs 2 tsps.baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup chopped nuts 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice Mix well. Pour into a greased 9x13 size pan. Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, or until done. Frost as desired or serve plain.
