I have a favorite I would like to share. Oven baked fish On a plate, combine 1 cup dry white bread crumbs with 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Stir the mixture with your fingers until just combined. Cut skinless haddock fillets or any other white fish into 5 inch pieces and brush with canola oil. Dip the fish into the crumbed mixture, coating it all over. Arrange the fish on a foil covered, Pam sprayed cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden colored and firm to the touch. I like this with home made tartar sauce . Mix mayonnaise, chopped onion, pickle relish and a touch of horseradish.
