For AOL members that are not getting their newsletters
It appears that AOL is back to not allowing the newsletter through
even though AOL members have signed up for the newsletter and
verified that they wish to get the newsletter. Many AOL members are
having their newsletters bounced with the message "Service
Unavailable". If the newsletter is bounced several times the
member's name is removed from the newsletter group.

I have no control over bounced messages or if AOL will deliver the
newsletter into your mailbox. AOL wants to blame Yahoo when it is
not Yahoogroups fault. I have called and asked that the newsletter
be delivered to our mailboxes. There message to me is no one else
has called so it is not a problem and not a priority for them to
look into the problem.

I have no control over what AOL does and does not do. AOL members
do. Call 1-800-392-5180 (AOL Support) and let them know you want
and EXPECT your newsletter in email. Let them know that AOL does not
have the right to choose what is delivered to our mailboxes. This
newsletter has over 8100 members that get their mail through AOL. If
all 8100 of us would call them and give them a piece of our mind
things in the future might change.

This is from one of our members. This is the typical message one
gets. (Please note the problem is not our AOL email. It is their
SERVER not delivering our yahoogroups newsletter mail. They want
your money for the service but doesn't want to deal with the issue
of the newsletter.)

They gave me the runaround and finally disconnected me. Said I had
to re-install AOL and a bunch of other stuff...I will try again
later.

GRILLED CORN
Soak corn husks in water before grilling or they will burn.

6 tablespoons unsalted butter (at room temperature)
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro leaves
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 tablespoon ground cumin
8 ears corn

Combine the butter, cilantro, chili powder and cumin. Reserve.
Carefully peel back corn husks to within 1 inch of bottom of the
cob. Discard the silks. Rub ears of corn evenly with the RESERVED
butter mixture. Rewrap corn husks and tie at the top with kitchen
string. Soak, covered, in cold water for 20 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill the corn 5 inches above the
heat source for 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove from the
heat and serve.
