I do the newsletter on my computer then save it on the site. When I
got ready to save it on the site it wouldn't save. I called where it
is hosted and they determined the server needed to be rebooted but
there was no one to reboot it until morning. I went to bed and they
called me about an hour later and said the server had been rebooted.
Ditto (my kitten with an attitude) was not happy I got back up to
save the newsletter to the site. He is has been giving me ugly looks
because I interrupted his sleep.

Hi Nancy,
I love your newsletter very much. I would like to submit this recipe
for Kraut Slaw. It's very good. You can use it on anything that you
would normally use regular slaw on. It will keep for up to a month in
the
refrigerator. I store it in a glass jar.

Kraut Slaw
1 bag refrigerator kraut; rinsed and drained
1 large green sweet pepper, diced
1 large onion or a bunch of green onions, diced
3 ribs of celery, diced
1 4 oz. jar of diced pimentos, rinsed and drained
2 cups sugar or Splenda

Mix all ingredients well. Place in a air tight container in the
refrigerator over night. The longer it sets the better the taste.

I hope you all enjoy it as much as we do.
