You're right Ike.
It's the Series 1 that has the dual section pots with one section reverse
from the other.

  On the Elite / Elan, the pot is is a single section 5k, reverse log
(audio) taper. I believe you can still get them from Sytek, but as Greg
says, they are a PITA to change.
