There is cis-india.org which does have some features of EFF. At the
very least they do try to do some research. Lokayat as an
organization is just a baby, it has only been in existence in 6
months
or something like that. Also they don't have a single agenda but
multiple agendas on their plate.
Given the very wide nature of the issues, multiple agendas would be
the norm
me thinks.
JTD: Yes. Multiple agendas, but more or less cross-linked different
facets of a few core
issues.
Let us first decide what the baby will do and its purpose. Draw plans
of battles to
be fought, who will help us fight them and how, lines of
responsibility, accountability
and succession. Let us name it after it has been baptized by fire.
It will be great if we can have a show of hands in support for this...
