Shared case. I just checked the schematics on BB. The sight glass
along with the other two openings (oil and separate dip stick) were
there until 1987 and then it looks like they covered the sight
glass. My neighbor has a V-65. He rides it once a year and has
often asked me to take it out for a ride. I haven't taken him up on
it (I generally don't like to ride other people's bikes - as if I had
the time or need!) but I may try his to compare,
