Allen: 40hp is the Suzuki sales claim; I figured it was optimistic myself,
but even a NH 250 has 33 so an efi 250cc bike can't be much lower than 40.

Javier: I am also considering a cbr250R as well. I will have to ride each
and see which I would prefer.

Also planning to wait until "end of season" to see if I can wrangle a better
deal and also to have saved up at least half down. I know a few tricks of
buying vehicles. :p since it isn't a necessity, I can play the game.
