I had d/c'd the pedal rod and then a bigger one that seemed to hold the brake in place... So, in other words, it stops by applying brake pressure to the axle? Because that is the only thing left that it could brake against with those two disconnected. I will try to dig into it this weekend after I put at least one shock back on to hold it's ass-end up.
