Is the clutch operational? Disengage the clutch if yes. This should allow the rear wheel to rotate, even with the bike in gear. If the wheel still refuses to turn there is something bound up in the transmission or drive shaft of the bike. There is no easy way to disconnect the shaft drive like a chain drive so let's hope disengaging the clutch works. Steve
