Thanks Kurt, appreciate that. Tbh I don't even know why I have 64bit Office installed, I think it falls into the "seemed a good idea at the time" category so I'm not going to stress too much about that.
I would be interested to know if ShoreTel know of the issue and acknowledge it as that's obviously a pretty good real-world example of a bug/compatibility issue.
