# 1. Just got out of the consulting business. We were suppose to get payed overtime but we never saw that or were ever offered flex time.
If your consulting and your employer can charge 125.00+ an hour for your work for calls in the middle of the night and on weekends I think that you as an employee should get a cut of that.
