Try $250+. :) The argument we've been given before against extra compensation is that "we don't want to encourage you to work after hours." And, admittedly, this has led *me* at least to rely more heavily on techniques like Jeff Middleton's Swing migration that can be largely performed during working hours with minimal downtime.
