Thanks for the interesting thread.

Salary, on site IT guy. Company pays for data plan on my Tilt, so I get
e-mail as it's sent. I am supposed to get 50% comp time but it has not
worked out like that so I will put myself in the #1 category. There are a
ton of hours, but I'm getting to play with some fun stuff after years of
tight enterprise controls. The company actually adjusts my hourly rate down
to meet my salary number. It can get a bit sad when I get over 120 hours
in a pay period.
